In 2025, Volt Partners interviewed 47 Private Equity managers to map the most attractive sectors and understand their investment criteria.

In a still uncertain scenario, marked by high interest rates, inflation above the target and global trade tensions, funds remain active in the search for opportunities that combine resilience and consolidation potential.

This year, the technology, healthcare, consumer goods, financial services and agribusiness sectors continue to be the most targeted. Most funds are looking for companies with revenues of R$50 million or more and checks between R$15 million and R$600 million. In addition, the funds have a total of 77 invested companies, which are seeking complementary acquisitions (add-ons), reinforcing the thesis of consolidation as one of the main vectors of value creation.
