We are assisting with another transaction! DeMillus is the leading company in intimate apparel in Brazil and has a solid history of over 76 years. Selene, with 72 years of activity, is one of the main companies in the hosiery and underwear sector in Brazil.

Once implemented, this Transaction will bring great complementarity of products and distribution channels, contributing to the continuity of the legacy and strengthening of the Selene brand. Together, Selene and DeMillus will be able to grow even further and solidify themselves as one of the leading companies in the entire textile sector in the country.

DeMillus will work closely with current Selene management to ensure a smooth and successful transition for all employees, representatives, customers and suppliers, while maintaining both independent operations post-acquisition.
